For online payments, the refund process could take 7 to 10 workdays depending on the payment method involved.
Refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.
Please check the product/s while receiving it; in front of the delivery person. Claiming damaged product/s after receiving will not be accepted.
If a product is returned because of damage during delivery, new item would be sent in replace within 7 days.
